I had a hard time getting an appointment. Several messages was left with different front desk receptions, no return calls to me. Always stated insurance need to be verified. I am not a new patient. This area need much attention. The staff members in the office is very customer service friendly in person. The doctor and physician assistant's Monica, I was very please with the plan of actions for me.
My visit at Colon Liver Gastro Consultats-Sugar Land office was very positive. It was a phone appointment, and they contacted me as scheduled. The Dr. was very attentive to my concerns about my medical issue. She offered suggestions to hopefully alleviate my issue. I had several questions, and she was so patient and did rush me at all. I highly recommend this Dr. and this office.
Was very pleased with my visit on yesterday. Have no complaints, but I never do. This is why I continue coming to this office. Also have recommended others.
Even with bad reviews, I decided to take a chance on this clinic since their latest appointment time was 4:30, which was really convenient for me so I wouldn’t have to miss work. I should have just listened. AVOID THIS PLACE. I was having trouble getting my policy information from my insurance company so I asked if I could just go and do self pay. Incompetent front office. Sends out messages to make an appointment after your appointment is scheduled. Sends text messages that you have an office appointment when it’s a phone call appointment. Ask why you haven’t paid the bill when it was paid. The doctors great.
