Chaz is one of the most friendliest people you could ever meet. She always has a smile, and is always willing to help. The residents adore her and you will definitely know when she is in the building. Her energy fills the room when she walks in and her style in clothing is on point🤏🏾🤏🏾

My brother died of starvation there. He was moved intentionally to another room and I asked they keep his things close but they did not. No one helped him eat. They claimed Covid but he contacted me and asked me to bring him some food. I did but they did not give to him. He started to death. Starved.

Friendly, caring, and helpful staff and the facility seems clean. This is KEY when you have a loved one in a nursing home. My loved one even said that the food was good. That really made me HAPPY, because my loved one is my older sister (who's only on her mind 50's). She very fragile so for me to hear her say "the food is good" makes my heart smile. I need her to eat and get stronger. God bless Colonel Pines ❤️🙏❤️‼️
