If your elderly mother falls out of bed, gets hospitalized and needs to recover somewhere for six weeks, this place is it! Incredibly loving, kind, positive, friendly staff here who actually care. It’s clean, the staff are prompt and efficient with incontinence wear changes, regular showering of residents, meal delivery and removal or wheeling them to the dining room, and sharp as tacks with meds and regular med evaluations. Our family is incredibly grateful to Colonial Vista Post Acute for the outstanding care and support they provided during a very stressful time. The staff was consistently professional, kind, and responsive, creating a supportive environment that felt reassuring for both residents and families. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear the team takes pride in the quality of care they provide. I would confidently recommend them for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

My mother-in-law is currently at this rehab facility and became sick from their water—along with several other residents. The water has been reported as contaminated with bacteria, which is extremely concerning. Because of this issue, the facility has been placed on stop placement. This raises serious questions about safety and oversight.I strongly recommend staying away and carefully considering other options for your loved ones.

Had an amazing tour with Stevie. She helped me immensely and helped me find a place to send my mother to rehab and I spoke with Tammy. They are a great team very helpful and what a lovely community.!
