We bought our spa from Colorado custom spas 4 years ago. One of our pumps failed and we were facing an expensive repair not covered by the manufacturer. Jennifer to the rescue who realized we were still under their extended warranty above and beyond the manufacturer. Spa fixed in just a few days for just a service visit cost. . Great customer service!

Great responsiveness. So helpful when deciding on the type and size of tub. Everyone who answered the phone was knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and well coordinated. Excellent service on the phone and in person - driving up to Silverthorne. Totally recommend.

Excellent shopping experience. No pressure and knowledgeable sales people. Beautiful store with huge selection of spas on display. Multiple brands really makes this a must visit store when spa shopping. Delivery team was outstanding, on time, called 20 minutes before arrival, after set up they went through spa start up and how to correctly use the Frog@ease system. They even hauled away the packing material which I was not expecting.
