RecommendedDerek, the salesman was very thorough and explaining and demonstrating the product. He was very personable also. The removal of the old hot tub and delivery of the new spa was according to schedule. They were very timely. The install did not take long, and the men were very personable and professional. We were at most satisfied. Spa instructions were explained thoroughly.
