Great experience from start to finish. Loved how they allowed me to go back with my daughter before her surgery to ease her worries. They were caring and thoroughly talked through her wisdom tooth removal procedure with us before and aftercare. No issues with recovery and the option to have the extra numbing/pain medication made a night and day difference from my oldest child’s wisdom tooth removal who didn’t have that medicine option. Having my son get his wisdom teeth out is never fun, but they did an amazing job, very quickly and efficiently. Managed his pain very well and communicated everything that we needed to make him comfortable. One week out from the procedure and he's doing amazing.
It's never pleasant when you're faced with a tooth extraction with complications. However, Dr. Hale, Kelsey, Ella and Hannah made this experience less stressful and even positive, considering the situation. Everything was explained to me exceptionally well prior to the surgery.
