Honestly, stay away. Just an overall awful experience with Dr. Fine and the staff here. Never really felt like I had the opportunity to address any concerns I may have as you are lucky to get more than a few minutes with the man himself. Every time I’ve visited(which apparently is necessary to do every three months…weird) the nurse on duty had a hostile attitude and left me feeling like an absolute inconvenience for showing up to an appointment that’d I’d be charged for missing. I’ve been seen at this practice for nearly ten years with several NP changes. All of the sudden, after seeing Dr. Fine 2-3 times he changed his policy to mandatory appts every 90 days. This is extremely difficult to schedule not to mention costly for those with limited health insurance. Being self employed, It is unreasonable to expect me to come in every 90 days for an acne cream that’s been used for several years. Been seeing Dr. Fine for a couple years now. Before that I was seen at his practice by other practitioners. They've always been friendly and communicative. Dr. Fine himself is very straightforward and to the point. I trust him and his attendants with my health. Thank you for always helping me to take care of me.
If I could give 0 stars I would… where to start. They had me fill out behavioral paperwork when I walked in for both of my visits and then charged me an extra 50 for said paperwork. They charged me for 2 visits for one visit 500 instead of 250 from the doctor. The man barely says 10 words to me during a visit anyway! Unfortunately, my recent visit to this clinic was far below expectations. While I believe it’s important to recognize both positive and negative aspects of a healthcare experience, I left this visit feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened. To begin with the positive: Dr. Fine did ultimately refill my prescriptions. However, this was done with notable reluctance.
