Worst experience. THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY GO TO AN ACTUAL U-HAUL facility. Chose the self checkout option and was picking my keys up from the lock box, as I was getting the key a man behind the desk told me I couldn’t take the truck he wanted a later reservation to have it instead. Decided not to battle against this and asked for a refund, since he thought someone else deserved the truck more than I did. When he offered the refund I asked for a receipt and the man said “he would email it, everything is digital.”
I have been with the storage for over 20 years service has always been great. I would recommend them to anyone.
As soon as I put in a request for a storage unit, the office manager called me immediately and she was extremely helpful and was able to give me a killer rate and help me get everything I needed set up
I recently just rented a 10x20 storage unit from here for about a month and a half. The customer service and location to Fort Carson is perfect. It's located right outside of gate 4 and was less than 10 minutes from our house. The storage unit and area is well maintained and they are very good about removing the snow so you can get to your units easily.
