These storage units are the worst, infestation of mice, poor insulation and poor on-site assistance. My rent was raised from $65 when I first opened the unit 5 years ago to $180 by the time I left. At one point I asked for my rent to decrease as it was a lot higher then other rental units in the area and my request was declined so I make arrangements to move my stuff out. I would not recommend to anybody!!!
Very nice staff, the unit was secure and I didn't have to worry about my vehicles safety. It was short term but worth it

Customer service was great! The staff was very nice and understanding. And they're quick to respond and help!
Have mostly good experience, a little bit of a rough looking spot though. Garage doors aren’t aligned and no de-icing in the winter can be treacherous.
