Jake was amazing! He helped us turn in our trailer and was very kind to us given the fact that we are new to the area. Would recommend Jake hands down over anyone else!!!
Horrible customer service! The rent doubled in 3 months time. It was raised not once but twice in 3 months. I was locked out of my unit due to my bill being past due which is completely understandable. I called 2 hours before I was going to be at my unit and successfully paid my balance. I had to walk from the gate to my unit with a considerably heavy amount of things to put in my unit. I got to the unit only to find the unit inaccessible with the storage business lock still on. Jake was super quick and awesome and we rented a U-Haul truck and boxes he was a great help
Jake was great helped us with our car trailer he was very respectful and friendly. Would highly recommend this U-Haul dealer. 5 stars.
