New owners took over years ago. Since then its been a repeat of rates going UP EVERY time I turn around. We started at $225 for the largest they have. Its $360 now with nonend in sight. They constantly up rates. Get a contract for years! They will charge a high rate for FORCED insurance if you dont prove to them... over and over... that you have additional insurance. This place is excellent… I have rented their largest space and now the smallest one they have. The prices are great and Shirley is wonderful. She has all the answers to any questions or concerns you may have. The units are very clean and big for the price. I love the new website…… super easy to navigate and get a snap shot of what could fit in the different sizes they offer….

Colossal Mini Storage was super easy to rent a unit. They were very attentive and responsive. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a unit.

Great place to rent, easy exchange into a smaller unit when needed as well. There was a minor problem while moving units but they helped me out with no problems or extra charges.

The cleanest and nicest storage I’ve seen in Cibolo! Shirley is amazing and got me signed up for exactly what I wanted. Signing up and paying is super easy and user friendly. Storage units were very clean and in exceptional condition. They also have a light and outlets. 10/10 recommend!
