Overall, the medical care providers were fine. But I was not comfortable with the overall communication from the company. On a day with severe weather. I kept receiving automatic messages about my appointment and reminder about the potential for missed appointment fees. But when I called the office no one picked up. And when I arrived at the office the receptionist was not there. It just speaks to values of the company. This is not a small business it has offices all over the country. I would seek care elsewhere.
