I love this branch of the Y. The pool is one of the best I’ve visited - really well maintained with friendly guards (and a sauna!!) The studios are clean and bright with enough space for everyone. Erika’s yoga classes and Alicia’s Zumba classes are my absolute favorites - all of the instructors I have met are extremely kind, patient, creative, and encouraging. The support and love from other members is really special and keeps me coming back (even at 7am before work!). Thanks for providing this service and space for us.
This sport with my friend today. I went to the hall, my friend was my guest, but they did not take us, my friend is working all the time I said we will enter the pool today, but I did not accept the male menejer English could not be very helpful because they turned down us Today Wednesday at 5 o'clock there is a man responsible for the man who needs to warn him to warn him because they did not take us and I do not recommend it to anyone
Tonight, the staff working there was a very rude and racist person. They did not take my guest in I had to cancel my membership too because I was very angry to that man Do not go there and don't give your money in vain.
they never picked up my daughter from school for aftercare. the next day they pulled her out of school early. the third day the Y was closed. she never went back, yet they are charging $403 for this. Unreal.
Unfortunately this place has declined a lot. There use to be nice staff there but now most of the staff is rude, mean, and unhelpful. The front desk is absolutely dreadful, children run freely, young people smoke in the front of the building and Kidzone is ran by a bunch of staff who are glued to their phones and don’t want to interact with the children. Don’t trust these people with your kids…they don’t even want to pick up a baby!
