Can't say enough, the entire process was hassle free and easy. We had a Mitsubishi system installed and it is very quiet, efficient and evenly heats every room regardless of its size. They installed the system in one day with impeccable quality. Friendly workers onsite and on the phone great company recommend!

My Bryant furnace and AC lasted for 25 years and needed to be replaced. After talking to several companies, I went with Bryant again and chose Comfort Connection for the job. A bit over a year ago, we replaced our gas furnace and A/C with a heating and cooling heat pump from this company. They wisely advised we also have a gas furnace for backup. As it turns out, the heating part of the heat pump really hasn’t worked well. When we finally realized that, we called and they came out. Numerous service visits plus one visit including the manufacturer’s expert, we are on the way to a full replacement. The owner has kept me informed. I'm very happy with the service I received from Comfort Connection. We had come home from vacation to a cold house, the furnace obviously not working. This was Friday at 3pm. I called Steven at CC - he had installed the Bryant furnace three years ago, and did a great job. Steven got us on the repair schedule for Monday at 11am. Matt arrived on-time and diagnosed the issue - a burned out blower motor - and worked with their ops guys to find a local replacement part. I want to add to the list of happy customers here. I'd used Comfort Connection to replace my gas furnace about five years ago, so when it was time to hook up the A/C, I knew I wanted to work with them again due to the fair prices and good service that I remembered. When the furnace had been installed, they had given me the option to have the furnace be "A/C ready." I had taken that option, so adding the heat pump and wiring was just $4,500.
