It’s about time I did a review. We have had the whole house fan for over 2 years. We use it in the evenings and overnight during the summer months and haven’t used the AC except forever a few really hot days. It really works! Installation was fast, professional and with no mess left. I recently had an issue with the fan not turning on with the remote. Our Comfort Cool 2.0 whole house fan has saved us the past 10 years living without AC. With our addition of AC with remodel we plan to continue use of whole house fan to keep us comfortable when weather permits.
This company was very helpful in figuring out which size fan would be perfect for our home. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain why the fan is the perfect fit for our house. When we had the install date set up. They showed up on time and treated our home as if it were their own. They set up tarps and had vacuums ready to make sure the process was a clean as possible. We just put this in our home right before moving in earlier this year. We have not had to use our AC at all despite the hot weather coming. Comfort cool had a very professional install team. They came with all the proper supplies to make the install as clean and quick as possible. They treated our home as if it was there’s. I’ve had my comfort cool fan for a little over 2 years now. It’s by far my favorite house upgrade. It is a life saver (and money saver). Not to mention it’s quite handy when something goes wrong in the kitchen and you can get the smell out of the house fast. The other day the receiver box that lets me use the remote control for the fan died randomly. I called and they were super cool and easy.
