My family and I have been going here for years.. I've had a couple crowns done (made on the premises) Always good at fitting us in quickly! Recently had a painless extraction.. we would certainly give them a great recommendation!
Stop in to check on tooth being pulled . The older lady at the desk acted like I was bothering her . At this point I just politely asked for a card so I could call if I needed to set an appointment. She said we don't have cards . This lady was so rude i would never use them
I don't care about those negative reviews on the receptionist, because if you can't accept the truth you shouldn't ask. I had an accident and broke a bridge that was about 25 years old. I researched the dentist offices in the area and found this office. What I like is the receptionist and doctor work in sync and really know their work. The hours on Saturday are 10am not 9am FYI. Everywhere we looked up, this place said it was open at 9. We got there and waited for over an hour in hopes to be seen. They say the offer emergencies, but that is not the case at all. The receptionist asked if we had an appointment for an emergency. She was not very nice or helpful. So you have to have an appointment no matter what for this place. We found another place and got our problem resolved. Do not recommend this place.
New to living in the area and luckily I found Comfort Dental, because I had an emergency on a Saturday morning and Stacey went above and beyond to help me with the severe pain from an infection in my jaw. I went back later to have an extraction and Bill was great! I was still waiting for him to pull out the tooth and he told me he was completely finished! What a great team! Now I have a dentist that I can trust not to hurt me! Truly a comfort first dental office.
