Comfort First has been assigned by my home warranty to repair my air conditioning unit in the past. I’ve found their technicians to be professional and knowledgeable. Most recently the communication about their arrival was excellent; with an accurate update about their expected time and even a picture of the technician. This summer I had Comfort First replace my A/C unit. They were prompt and efficient and kept informed of their progress and remained within the anticipated timeline.

My water heater, located in the crawl space, ripped open spewining water. Reached out to Duke and they gave us 3 contractors to consider. All 3 were quick to respond, were extremely pleasant and presented several options. We chose Comfort First after reviewing and researching. CF is located in Sanford, just around the corner. I highly recommend! The technician was on time, skilled, and efficient. He promptly and effectively explained the issue(s) with my plumbing and offered a solution with a reasonable estimate related to cost and time to complete. Return service to complete the work was scheduled and communicated flawlessly, enabling me to schedule my day appropriately. Omar, Yahir, and Carlos installed a new A/C and furnace for us just a few days ago and my family and I were very pleased at their professionalism, knowledge, attention to details, and informative customer service. They even cleaned up thoroughly after the installation, assuring that our home was in the condition it was in when they arrived!
