My water heater, located in the crawl space, ripped open spewining water. Reached out to Duke and they gave us 3 contractors to consider. All 3 were quick to respond, were extremely pleasant and presented several options. We chose Comfort First after reviewing and researching. CF is located in Sanford, just around the corner. The team at Comfort Plus made our big decision to replace our current HVAC system very comfortable and smooth. We’ve worked with a bunch of folks out of their shop (shout out to AJ, Manny, Rex, and Spencer) and they made every effort to help us and ensure that we were at ease and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend these folks over the competition (I’m looking at you and your sons, Mike!)
The scheduling call was clear, quick and organized. Tony was awesome on both the original and follow-up visits. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. He diagnosed the issues quickly and patiently explained what was going on. Great communication, great service! I wouldn’t wish HVAC issues on anyone, but if it happens, I recommend Tony and Comfort First.
Excellent company and excellent customer service and customer support. Ryan and his team are fantastic, cordial, and truly care about their customer’s needs. The staff in the front office as well as the billing department with Riley are top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend and trust Comfort First for any of my plumbing or HVAC needs.
Most pleasant experience from scheduling to completion. I know I will spell her name wrong but....Tyranie....was the sweetest, calmest person I could have gotten on the phone to schedule. I was having issues with my home warranty company and she worked to get it all handled so fast, thank you! As for service, Taylor was equally pleasant to work with. He explained everything and done an excellent job at servicing my unit and repairing the one that needed it. Highly recommend!
