Prompt, courteous staff, they communicate prior to showing up. Our most recent service tech, Shelby answered my questions knowledgeable about duct cleaning. She did not try to up sell me, but gave me facts so I can make a decision.

Alex came out and serviced our heat pump on Tuesday. He was very professional and efficient. He found an issue with a component in the heat pump and a return visit was scheduled to fix the problem. I have been doing business with Comfort Flow for 20+ years and have always appreciated the service that they have provided.

When it was time for us to replace our furnace and air conditioner, Jeff came to the house and took the time to explain all of our options to us. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. We did not feel pressured to choose a certain system, and he made sure to answer all of our questions. After the system was installed, he came back out and went through the thermostat with us.
