Disappointing The gentleman at the front counter shushed my husband, myself, and my friend and her husband at the front counter while we were waiting to check in. We were speaking in normal indoor voices and having a normal conversation. He had a very bad attitude and was very rude because the customer in front of us was complaining about the cleanliness of her room, and several others she tried to check into. Bad The cleanliness, the over priced rooms, pool closed, bag breakfast was ridiculous they can open the breakfast bar. Staff was so rude. The man behind the counter was rude to me on 3 different occasions. Nothing. The pool was closed. The staff was so rude. The rooms were dirty.
2 dirty bed sheets, no pool no breakfast ! I chose this hotel because of rhe pool and breakfast and the pool was closed and the the breakfast wasn't breakfast....first room had one bed with dirty sheets, second room also had a bed with dirty sheets...so instead of changing rooms I asked for a.set of sheets and changed them myself plus there was trash on the ground The breakfast wasn't breakfast The Breakfast was in a brown bag had small granola bar and a small pastry
