Very Poor The pillows were small and had. The bed was so hard felt like a box spring. The comforter was stained. Maybe because of covid but the continental breakfast was swvenhard danishes, apples and granola bar.
Poor The boss lady was rude and said room was very messed up we have a 2 yr old what did she expect and it really wasnt bad at all thats the truth It was a place to stay

It was a place to sleep. Close to Denny's was nice Breakfast was very minimal. Could not have any quests; pool was closed, room only cleaned ONCE in 9 days. This hotel was NOT worth the money. Stayed in much nicer hotels for not much more $ It was quiet and a convenient location. Mgr worked hard and did her best.
The tub was clogged and shower dirty with hair on drainage.
It was ehhh. And that's saying a lot. The blankets had rips and cigarette burn marks on them, even though it is advertised as a smoke-free room. The knob for the shower head doesn't fully cover the shower tiles, which could possibly have water within the walls. Also, the shower head leaks water. The staff was not friendly and has a tendency to stare a lot without communicating with us. They just stare, I really don't know what's their deal, but it's kind of creepy. I'll find a different inn next time. The pool was still closed 'due to covid' even though others were open. We picked The Inn at 8345 for its location. It's close to the freeway and has a lovely entryway.
Bad Person at the front desk was constantly watching me. She even went as far as to making me wait in the lobby to look into my room before I checked out of the hotel! I have never experienced that before.
