We had a fantastic experience with Comfort Pro! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Alex and Logan arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently. Our system is running better than ever, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Today I had my Fall maintenance completed by Alex with Comfort Pro! Alex has been servicing my HVAC for the last 2 years and I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT service each and every time! Comfort Pro, LLC has been nothing short of great customer service from calling the office to service and reassuring me they take care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for HVAC services and ask for Alex! He’s wonderful!
I called afyer 5pm and got a very nice lady who scheduled us for a technician next day as our AC was out. We had Logan come by on the front end of the estimated time. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave us a fair quote which addressed the problem, unlike others we got estimates for. Logan had a great personality and was knowledgeable. Always a great experience with Comfort Pro. Logan was our technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a critical issue that needed parts ordered. CP and Logan had us back to normal in a couple days. Logan even went the literal extra miles to get the correct parts when there was a mix up in the parts their vendor sent.
Comfort Pros are always a pleasure to work with. Highly professional they always go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the best possible service. Our technician was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
