Needed a UV light for my HVAC system, was quoted a suspiciously high price by existing maintenance provider, so I called around for second opinions. Comfort Pro provided the same service at a much more reasonable price, was very responsive to inquiries, and did much better providing information about what, why, and how of the service. They were able to get someone out quickly, and Logan did a great job on the installation.
We had a fantastic experience with Comfort Pro! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Alex and Logan arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently. Our system is running better than ever, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service with such professionalism. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!
They were great. The woman that set up my appointment (sorry I don’t remember her name) was really kind and did everything she could to get me an appointment as soon as possible. I highly recommend Comfort Pro for any HVAC work you need. I had two technicians come to my home, Alex and Kevin, We had no heat on the second floor. The first floor unit was operating fine, the second floor unit was not turning on. Alex and Kevin were both very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and took the time to explain everything to me as far as what they were diagnosing, why, and the results of the diagnosis and the repair plan to get the second floor unit up and running again.
