We have used Comfort Pros for a few years now. The technicians and owners are always polite, knowledgeable and thorough. William has been to our place a couple of times and is exactly what you want in a technician! He is always communicative, thoughtful, and personable. It is nice that he is dog-friendly and always remembers to close the outside gate. Thank you!
We love Comfort Pro! Albert and his crew have been taking care of our heating/cooling maintenance, repair, and replacement for almost 10 years now, which should tell you how trustworthy and reliable they’ve been. I was very happy working with Comfort Pro. The office worked with me to provide the services I needed at the right price for my budget. Their tech Alex was on time, professional and went over the servicing he provided and let me know any items he saw that I should be aware of. I will have them back in the fall. Happy Summer!
Alex was very friendly and professional while at our home! He did a great job filling us in with any concerns he noticed and potential repairs to consider. His personality is welcoming and optimistic so it was very nice to talk with him about his visit and his thoughts. We are happy to have met him and feel his work is very trustworthy!
