My technician William is a great and knowledgeable technician. I find Comfort Pro to be able to handle all my needs and can answer any technical questions I might have. I will recommended this company to all my friends and neighbors.
Needed a UV light for my HVAC system, was quoted a suspiciously high price by existing maintenance provider, so I called around for second opinions. Comfort Pro provided the same service at a much more reasonable price, was very responsive to inquiries, and did much better providing information about what, why, and how of the service. They were able to get someone out quickly, and Logan did a great job on the installation.
We had a fantastic experience with Comfort Pro! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Alex and Logan arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently. Our system is running better than ever, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service with such professionalism. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!
They were great. The woman that set up my appointment (sorry I don’t remember her name) was really kind and did everything she could to get me an appointment as soon as possible. He let me know when he was on the way, came on the very early side of the time window I was given, was super nice and was very considerate of me being on a budget. Was looking for a local alternative service provider for a seasonal tune up - Serviced 2 units. Very thorough. Provided pictures and maintenance check list. Kevin did a nice job. Was polite, clean, respectful. Will use again - much better than the in store special I was sold the last two years. Price was great for an introductory offer!
