I called afyer 5pm and got a very nice lady who scheduled us for a technician next day as our AC was out. We had Logan come by on the front end of the estimated time. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave us a fair quote which addressed the problem, unlike others we got estimates for. Logan had a great personality and was knowledgeable. Aaron was my service technician and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that he did. I have signed up for the maintenance plan and it is very reasonably priced. The morning of my appointment I received an alert text that a service tech was on the way. I’m a big fan of that. Alex was on time, super professional, friendly, and communicated very clearly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem much quicker than I expected. Prices are fair and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I've been with Comfort Pro LLC for years and would not use any other company. The owner is a true professional, makes sure everything is done correctly, informs me about everything that is needed and that has been done and has very reasonable pricing. Comfort Pro has my highest recommendation.
