I am extremely impressed and satisfied with Comfort Specialists of State College. They were very efficient throughout the process from Jeff coming to take a look at the issue, giving me an estimate, ordering the equipment and installation. The team of Earl and Sylvia that installed my unit was competent, thorough and answered all my questions. Everyone involved was helpful, thoughtful and extremely professional. We had an exceptional experience. Jarred was very professional and was able to take care of issues we have had since a different local company installed our Trane system. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was persistent in correcting the issues we have been having and called a few days after to ensure our system was working correctly.
