Recently I needed a repair. It was after 4:30 pm on a friday. Comfort specialists sent a repair tech out. He performed his job satisfactorily and repaired our hvac unit. My problem was that the part I needed was marked up 1000%, I did a search and found my part for an average price of $20.00, they charged me $206.00.
