The old A/C unit at our condo was beginning to fail, so we contacted Comfort Zone to get an estimate for replacement. They gave us three options and we chose the one that best fit our needs. The technicians arrived promptly and got to work. Initially, the estimated time for the work was 8 hours. But the team was able to get everything done in just over 4 hours! They were friendly, cleaned up everything and ensured that the new A/C was working properly before the left. Awesome job!!

This was part of the annual maintenance contract. The check was very thorough. The tech was cordial and punctual. I recommend Comfort Zone. Update: We had a service call, and the technician was there amazingly fast. Report to completion was 80 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, and did a great job of explaining what was going on, and giving me advice going forward. I couldn't ask for better service.

Called them on Monday morning , they had a service tech out by 11:30 the same day. Mike called me with the results and sent me pictures of all the gauges and what he did to fix our AC . Always happy with the results. They are family own and another reason I use them. Give business to the small business owners in the area.

Fantastic service! Mike told me everything he was doing and why. My AC wouldn't come on and it was a 95° day. He was actually here before they thought he would be. Comfort Zone installed the whole system in 2021. I wouldn't use any other company.

Best AC company ever. We called on a day when it was 95 degrees. Not expecting service for days.......they were here in 10 minutes, I kid you not. Mike was our service pro and he was outstanding. Thank you so much. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
