Braden made my experience in piurchasnig a power recliner the best! He spent a lot of time with me on two different days making sure I got everything I needed. The office staff and delivery men were great also! They made sure that we knew how to operate the power remote. Very courteous and kind. I will definitely return to Comforts of Home for any other purchases I need. I was not assisted by Garth Yeakle as listed below.

Excellent customer service. Our sales rep made us feel comfortable and clearly explained our options. Free delivery and hauling away of the replaced item of furniture. We've used C of H many times and they are always prompt and reliable!

Service was very friendly . We were told it could take up to 8 weeks because we were having the product adjusted with a couple things., We got a call about 2 weeks after our purchase and were told our product would arrive in about 2 weeks, so we thought it was arriving quicker than expected. However, then we waited another 6 weeks. At 8 weeks we called to see if it came in and they discovered it had arrived and made sure to deliver it on that day.
