Austin was my guy from start to finish, and I really appreciated the way he handled everything. I'm a very particular person in general, and his communication made the whole process feel easy. Sergio did an excellent job from beginning to end. He called me and said he’d arrive within 30 minutes and did. He diagnosed my problem and installed a new thermostat. He showed us how to work the new thermostat. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. I am going to call Comfy and schedule maintenance on my furnace and I will ask for Sergio to return. The

Sergio from Comfy heating came to install a new thermostat for me. Unfortunately, the thermostat that I had purchased wasn’t going to work because it needed a C wire. He offered me some very expensive options (installing a new c wire, or selling me an expensive thermostat that didn’t need a C wire) but when I didn’t want to do either of those things, he came up with a third option that was much more affordable for me. Very happy with Comfy's heat pump installation. They scheduled and managed the asbestos abatement and permitting. The pricing was transparent. The workers were friendly and professional. When an issue came up, Miguel explained both the problem and solution to me before proceeding. The installation was completed neatly and is working perfectly

First of all, I was so nervous about having someone come out to look at my furnace because I felt it wasn’t working properly. Comfy sent out this gentleman named Sergio what a joy he just took all of my anxieties away about having my system repaired he even made suggestions of things I can do for better flow in my home.
