Comfy had proven to be knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. After a large, well-advertised repair company offered to fix my problem by replacing a major part of my heat pump at great expense , Comfy was able to fix the problem at the point of failure, saving us a major expense. Seems like they know what they are doing, and do it well! Highly recommended.
Outstanding service! We have a very old furnace, I got the pilot lit but it just wouldn't kick on when we turned the thermostat up. I called Comfy Heating last week and the polite receptionist answered and told me they had appointment times available within a few days. Very easy to set up the appointment. Comfy Heating and Air Conditioning fit us into their schedule to replace our outdated thermostat and a circuit board – that died overnight after a power outage! A special thanks to Abel Vieira and his team who got the system up and running before the cold weather hit. Comfy also installed a heat pump water heater for us in February 2024. The process was remarkably straightforward, due to their guidance. Team members are knowledgeable, efficient and professional. We highly recommend this company.
Comfy just completed the installation of a 3-ton heat pump system at our home. Excellent service. We cannot say enough good things about the crew: Claudio, Carlos, Jefferson, Abraham and Carlos Jr. And Austin, who did the estimate and patiently answered all our questions. They were efficient, highly skilled and left everything clean. The duct and register work in particular was superlative. An excellent company.
