After getting word from a number of highly-rated companies, a neighbor recommended we contact Austin at Comfy. He gave us a quote on a system that met our needs that saved us thousands compared to the other quotes. Their installers were professional and did a great job. We did encounter a hiccough in the process, but Comfy worked with us to come us with a solution that worked. Outstanding service! We have a very old furnace, I got the pilot lit but it just wouldn't kick on when we turned the thermostat up. I called Comfy Heating last week and the polite receptionist answered and told me they had appointment times available within a few days. Very easy to set up the appointment. Hilder showed up today 15 minutes early, tools in hand, and a smile. He asked a couple questions and quickly got to work. “Excellent Service from Comfy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc!” I recently had an AC tuning service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Comfy had proven to be knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. After a large, well-advertised repair company offered to fix my problem by replacing a major part of my heat pump at great expense , Comfy was able to fix the problem at the point of failure, saving us a major expense. Seems like they know what they are doing, and do it well! Highly recommended.

Comfy Heating and Air Conditioning fit us into their schedule to replace our outdated thermostat and a circuit board – that died overnight after a power outage! A special thanks to Abel Vieira and his team who got the system up and running before the cold weather hit. Comfy also installed a heat pump water heater for us in February 2024. The process was remarkably straightforward, due to their guidance. Team members are knowledgeable, efficient and professional. We highly recommend this company.
