Luis and Claudio did a wonderful job installing our new furnace. They were early to the job site, provided great communication, worked cleanly and efficiently and kept me informed of the installation status. They needed to relocate the thermostat and provided great advice for its new location. We are very happy with the work done by them.
Sergio did an excellent job from beginning to end. He called me and said he’d arrive within 30 minutes and did. He diagnosed my problem and installed a new thermostat. He showed us how to work the new thermostat. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. I am going to call Comfy and schedule maintenance on my furnace and I will ask for Sergio to return. The
Very happy with Comfy's heat pump installation. They scheduled and managed the asbestos abatement and permitting. The pricing was transparent. The workers were friendly and professional. When an issue came up, Miguel explained both the problem and solution to me before proceeding. The installation was completed neatly and is working perfectly
Sergio from Comfy heating came to install a new thermostat for me. Unfortunately, the thermostat that I had purchased wasn’t going to work because it needed a C wire. He offered me some very expensive options (installing a new c wire, or selling me an expensive thermostat that didn’t need a C wire) but when I didn’t want to do either of those things, he came up with a third option that was much more affordable for me.
