Don’t recommend! I’m a manager for a surgery center in Venice, this company is highly unprofessional. They came out to fix our recovery discharge doors where we wheel our surgical patients out, they have been out a couple times for this. This time was scheduled at the end of our day, did not have time to finish it as they needed to order a part. They took a $5,000 deposit in October for work on multiple areas at our facility. Two times a tech came with the wrong hardware. Finally, in February a tech came with the correct hardware but still needed a part. To date he has not returned. They have not returned any calls and ignored our request to refund the balance of our deposit, less the cost of work completed. We would not recommend this company. The entire experience with Commercial Door Works was very pleasant and professional. From the initial phone call with office manager, Nicole, to the services taking place with the tech. Mike was very knowledgeable & explained everything from start to finish! I’ve been given the run around by a couple different company’s in the area and it was a relief to find individuals who care enough to get the job done properly and efficiently.
Had an emergency, my door was broken and I couldn’t secure my building. They arrived in less than 2hrs from my call. They had the parts with them and were able to fix my door! Great job Commercial Door Worx. I will definitely be recommending you guy to others.
I had called several other door companies to get my doors serviced. All the other companies were several days out. Commercial Door Worx were onsite the next morning. Their technician took the time to explain all the issues and was able to get all my doors back operational in just a few days. I highly recommend them and they are my go to door company!
