5 Stars I love my new apartment. The staff is very helpful and nice and are always willing to help. I have lived here for a few months now and it just fits me. I Would definitely recommend Commons at Kettering.
Helped out so much! I wanted to take the time to thank manager in the office. Everyone always jumps at writing negative reviews but never give good ones when they should, so here goes - She helped me out a couple months ago when my son needed an apartment ASAP due to the other one falling through. She was able to make everything happen with out any bumps in the road and just a smooth move. CAK I live here and go to school not to far away. I think they are great apartments. The office is very nice and they are pet friendly. I like that I am close to everything since I don't drive.
