I have lived here for a little while now and since I been here the office manager now have really helped the apartment by during things by helping doing activities for kids and includes all ages. I think this a wonderful thing. Merry Christmas and Happy New year 🎊
I fell in love with the greenery: live oak and crape myrtle trees, pampas grass, and lawns of rich St. Augustine grass. My chiweenie, Bo, and I moved in nine years ago. Different owners, different management teams have come and gone but the one we have now is outstanding! The new manager, Kaylee, has absolutely made these apartments a joy to live in. Her and the maintenance team have made so many improvements throughout the little community and their hard work does not go without notice!!
Definitely not the same since Mrs. Joanne left. It’s Ghetto and anyone can move in, Kids out all Hours of the Night. Whole Beds and whole House full of Furniture out by the Dumpsters. Update as of June 1,2023 Commonwealth Apartments have been sold again. There hasn’t been a Manager at all until now. Tried to call on yesterday it says the number is not a Working Number. Same old mess just a different Day. Catherine we need you ASAP.
When do the office ever be open, you never can get the proper Maintenance work done, it be all types of people will show up at your door saying they coming to look at something, they not in uniform no, I’d or anything. Pet control have keys to each unit they just come in your house whenever one guy used my Restroom, why I wasn’t home.
