Bought my home in Oakland NJ and many years later were sued by Ramapo Mountain Lakes because I belong to an HOA and was never told. The title company did have their attorneys appeal it but we still lost and have to keep paying. Would not have bought my home if I would have known that RML could keep billing us year after year. Commonwealth never paid us a dime. Useless title insurance.
Very unprofessional. These people are incompetent. Months later and the deed is not recorded and they have every excuse in the book. Please use someone else.
