Kate Donnelly has been so great to me. She's the best doctor I've ever had.!! She has seen me so many times, I can't even remember all the things she's seen me for. But she has always been great.
I'm so glad I switched to this company. My family is able to be seen by the same doctor. We are able to get urgent care appointments same day. Telehealth and phone appointments. The doctors and dentist are so friendly as well as the front staff. I'm really happy with everything Ole has done so far!
I have been a patient at Clinic Ole, for over 10 years. The early years were a real pain! But, over the years, I have been treated really well! Especially, when I had Dr. Douglas Wilson, as my primary care physician, you could not ask for a better caring physician, that took the time to get to know you and treated me in a very professional and understanding manner!! Absolutely HORRIBLE PLACE AND STAFF!!! I've had to file so many grievances against this clinic, unfortunately I cannot change my PCP because it will mess up any referrals I have. I hate ole, they suck my Dr. She is amazing, but the other staff is just stupid. This morning I called I need to be seen, I was refused saying "nothing for July, nothing for August, September isn't open yet" But "we have something in american canyon with Manny Singh" I said I wanted a female doctor, as I need to be checked. All the staff where great. Very professional and friendly. I was expecting something like a room down older clinic, but the building and the facility was modern and new. Everything in one building. Pharmacy, lab, doctors... All in one nice building. Even a dentist. Kate Donnaly is my doctor. She is the best general practitioner I've ever had. She is very caring and knows all get patients like they were her family.
