I’m honestly baffled by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy. I scheduled an appointment for long-term symptoms and was assigned a Saturday appointment in Napa, which is not close to where I live. Horrible experience I didn’t even arrive to my appointment. Five minutes late upon being called to check in and sign the paperwork. I was asked to sit down and fill it out after I did so the lady came outside to let me know that she didn’t realize that I was late and they had given away my appointment to someone else, but they might possibly be able to give me another person‘s appointment who they called and was not responding to coming in for their appointment. Had a horrible experience with Dr. Joanna plumettaz. She does not have the right bedside manners to be working with kids. And this clinic sucks we’ve taken my son back multiple times for pain and a gash in his leg and they can never do anything about it and give us no answers for it. If you’re gonna be a doctor then actually try to do better. Not just brush off your patients. Nightmare is the best description. Getting an appointment is next to impossible. Getting into see the doctor impossible. Was six minutes late for an appointment I waited 2 months to get. The receptionist told me I was too late and she’d already canceled it. I would have to wait at least another month for an appointment. I mentioned that this was the first I’d heard about the six minute policy. She said it has always been that way. I’ve been going there since 2011 and never heard that.
