I was diagnosed with type 3C diabetes. I had everything ordered for me and to follow up with a nurse how to use all the equipment. I was so impressed how they handled the appointments and how quickly they got me in and I didn’t wait in the clinic but maybe five minutes! I’m honestly baffled by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy. I scheduled an appointment for long-term symptoms and was assigned a Saturday appointment in Napa, which is not close to where I live. I waited all day the day before for a confirmation text or email and never received one. I had to call the morning of just to finally get a text confirmation. Horrible experience I didn’t even arrive to my appointment. Five minutes late upon being called to check in and sign the paperwork. I was asked to sit down and fill it out after I did so the lady came outside to let me know that she didn’t realize that I was late and they had given away my appointment to someone else, but they might possibly be able to give me another person‘s appointment who they called and was not responding to coming in for their appointment. Had a horrible experience with Dr. Joanna plumettaz. She does not have the right bedside manners to be working with kids. And this clinic sucks we’ve taken my son back multiple times for pain and a gash in his leg and they can never do anything about it and give us no answers for it. If you’re gonna be a doctor then actually try to do better. Not just brush off your patients. Denise Maldonado is one of the good ones. She is great provider. I highly recommend her. She always takes her time to listen to you and asks questions.
