Clinic ole has evolved a lot these last few years. I used to dread coming here and dealing with doctors that I felt didn’t have my best at heart. Since I have had Dr Tarik Philip this place has been absolutely amazing. He is the best doctor I have ever been under the care of by miles! Very compassionate and caring!! If I could givem 100 stars I would. Every prescription he has given me has helped me tremendously. Thank you doc and clinic ole for making life that much better!!!!
I was diagnosed with type 3C diabetes. I had everything ordered for me and to follow up with a nurse how to use all the equipment. I was so impressed how they handled the appointments and how quickly they got me in and I didn’t wait in the clinic but maybe five minutes! I saw Lesley at the old clinic Ole and boy was she something else! She was so patient and understanding and explained everything to me. Very kinda staff. If you make an appointment you will be helped very quickly. Knowledgeable doctors. And they seem to care for you more than a hospital. I always have excellent experiences here. And I have been using this spot and the dental office in the same building for over 20 years.
I'd like to give a shout out to Dr. Tariq Phillip, Dr. Akshadeep Singh & all of the medical stuff at both the south and north campus for extreme professional and reliable and exceptional care the experiences I've had at both locations are over the top and I will never miss an appointment with these guys!! Thank you OLE TEAM!!!!
I’m honestly baffled by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy. I scheduled an appointment for long-term symptoms and was assigned a Saturday appointment in Napa, which is not close to where I live. I waited all day the day before for a confirmation text or email and never received one. I had to call the morning of just to finally get a text confirmation.
