Brandi Ria is utterly unproffesional. My visit was not a happy one. BRANDI WAS ACTING LIKE THE WIEGHT OF THE WHOLE WORLD WAS ON HER SHOULDERS. REPEATING TH E SAME QUESTIONS OVER ANR AGAIN. I FELT THAT I WAS BEING INTEROGATED BY THIS DESPICABLE PERSON PRETENDING TO BE FRIENDLY. I AM GLAD I WALKED OUT.
Received excellent care with Dr Dodge at Salud. He asked good questions and was very thorough.
Office manager is highly discriminatory. I asked to talk with her regarding delas in office visits; firs she talk with me at her door, treated me with rudeness, flat out told that "you have to understand...." trying to make me believe it is okay to wait a long time for a dr. She even went to the extreme is saying that most of the health places makes their patients to wait. I've been going to Salud Clinic for about 1 year now. I really enjoy the appointments I have with Dr. Ghonasgi because she's very attentive and very nice. The staff at the Safe Care Clinic have all been nice to me as well. However, there can be long wait times depending on the day and it can take several weeks to be seen by your preferred provider.
Called for appointment. Hung up on me 4 times for no reason.
