For nearly two years, this facility has repeatedly failed to properly process my medication orders. The online system is unreliable, with prescribed medications regularly missing from my orders, forcing me to call everything in by phone. This is not a one-time mistake. It is an ongoing pattern of disorganization, poor communication, and unacceptable delays. I’m very grateful to have Dr. Johnson as my primary care physician. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. He takes the time to listen carefully and never makes me feel rushed during appointments. I always feel heard and respected. I’m a patient for several years of Salud Clinic, now known as Comunicare-Ole. Over the years I have had several providers with good and not so good experiences. I have deeply regretted coming to this clinic for my prenatal care. The doctor I was assigned was terrible—lazy and irresponsible. For four months, I couldn't get the IV treatments I needed; my condition was deteriorating the whole time, yet Dr. Krystel Wilkins couldn't have cared less. She kept stalling, failing to submit proper requests to the insurance company or respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
