I have had very positive experiences at CommuniCare+OLE South. The reception team is always informed, engaged, and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure each patient gets the information needed. I have met with Morgan Logan and appreciate her thoroughness with each visit. She is concerned about my health more than how long or short I am in the exam chair. Each nurse that I have worked with is equally attentive. The doctors are great but the pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I have mastitis and all i need are my antibiotics that I was prescribed yesterday morning. When I call they say they're closed which is inaccurate so I have to come down here for the lady to tell me nope not ready yet, she grabbed my meds and put them in front and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. If she wouldnt have done that they wouldnt have been ready at all by the end of the day. I recommend this doctors office but NOT the pharmacy!!!!
Best medical staff receptionists, medical assistant. Always remind you of appointments and follow up, with calls and text. They also have pediatrician optometrist, pharmacy, labs, dental and mental health. All in one building very modern beautiful center for Napa residents to go at low cost also takes Medicare and Medical. I absolutely would recommend them. They discovered I had heart failure. Dr. Jennifer Wilson is an outstanding physician. I count myself as lucky to have a doctor as knowledgeable, compassionate and capable as herself.
My private care doc is amazing. But I have yet to have some return a message or call me back for an appointment. Even with psychiatry of all things. This is ongoing and. Completely unacceptable.
