We use this clinic because our kids are on medi Cal and it's waking distance. Mostly good service except this last time. Our 3 kids had pretty serious diarrhea, fever etc and asked for an appointment. They said 2 weeks, I asked for the doc to order labs to check for stomach issues prior and they said they would ask doctor and they never got back to me. Worst place to get care at. They are unorganized, have poor communication, will deny treatment regardless if you are scheduled for that treatment. They will deny care, they don’t even care to accommodate pregnant women. If you want to get dismissed. Wait over two hours to be told that you should go see another clinic. Then go here. You’ll have better care at salud, Hansen, or Davis. This place is ran by start up “doctors who are basically getting their training done” They don’t know what they are doing. Dr. Lenstrom is an exceptional doctor. She is very kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She never rushes appointments and makes you feel heard and understood. Her care is thoughtful and genuine, and you can tell she truly cares about your well-being. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent provider.

Dr. Rebecca George was very kind and knowledgeable, she is one of the best doctors I have come across. You can tell she really cares about her patients and will address all concerns. She didn’t make me feel like she was in a rush or like I was just another patient to her.

I highly recommend CommuniCare+Ole Vida Clinic! The service was always excellent. Appointments were quick and easy to get, the staff was very kind and friendly, and the physicians were truly outstanding. They always provided excellent care for my children and took the time to listen and help. I’m very grateful for the care my family received here.
