Dr. Lenstrom is an exceptional doctor. She is very kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She never rushes appointments and makes you feel heard and understood. Her care is thoughtful and genuine, and you can tell she truly cares about your well-being. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent provider.
We use this clinic because our kids are on medi Cal and it's waking distance. Mostly good service except this last time. Our 3 kids had pretty serious diarrhea, fever etc and asked for an appointment. They said 2 weeks, I asked for the doc to order labs to check for stomach issues prior and they said they would ask doctor and they never got back to me. I asked where to take the kids to get immediate care and they did not know, I asked where the emergency room for children was and they said try sutter urgent care. The sutt... read more
This clinic is useless. All doctors are all first or second year residency and a waste of time. I felt pain in my leg and this doctor without even doing an xray or any sort of scan, she insisted I do physiotherapy? Save your time and go to a proper clinic with experienced doctors.
Everyone there is so nice and understanding. They answer all my questions and listen to me with respect. They always make sure my issues and feelings are taken care of. Never a long wait. I had not seen a health care provider in 20 years, but at 65 I felt it was time. I'm glad they are there to see and help me with my concerns.
Front Desk staff need urgent training in customer service skills especially the male receptionist. This guy thinks he is the "man" so is arrogant and rude to patients walking in. I look forward to the day he decides to act like that in front of the desk instead of behind the desk . On the hand hand doctor's and other clinic staff are wonderful but the entire experiance is soured by the front desk team.
