My experience working at Community Angels is very awesome. The staff are very understanding and always there to listen and render assistance where necessary. I would recommend anyone seeking a job as a Caregiver to apply to Community Angels.
Community Angels are amazing. I needed to obtain home CNA services for my mom for 12 hour shifts and they were able to provide reliable caregivers with 2 day notice. Their CNAs were helpful and even taught my sister and I different ways to help take care of our mom who was bedridden. They engaged her mentally, helped with her meals and washing. We needed someone to help my elderly mother on specific days. Some agencies required a set schedule. The beauty of Community Angels is that I could request individual days where care was needed and Community Angels came through to meet my needs. Very helpful.
Very pleased how they accommodate my fluid schedule. Promptness of some of the caregivers is a bit to be desired. My job demands that I be on time and when the caregiver is late it causes much stress. This does not happen often. Even with that I am very pleased with the care they give my wife.
