Cedric Brown a loan officer with CCCU was incredible helping me resolve a problem with my elderly mother’s expiring credit card. He was very professional, responsive and compassionate working with my Mom and I. I wish I could give him six stars.

I first opened my checking account I had problems for the first 3 weeks with my card getting declined locked and account Frozen called the customer service called the bank thought we had the issue resolved use my card at my barber shop before going on a holiday vacation come to find out my card was frozen for suspicious activity and had the goal the entire holiday weekend out access to my bank account on a plus note ever since this few issues have not had any problems whatsoever
