I have an auto loan through this Credit Union. The only reason for rating them a 1 is zero is not an option. Trying to contact them by phone is nearly impossible. They claimed to have sent out two welcome packets for me but I have yet to receive the first one yet. [ 6 weeks now] Now they're asking me for additional insurance information, but did not specify what they wanted. this was via a text message. Call this number for help, the message says. What a joke. I'm beginning to believe no one actually works there.
