I was shopping around for a personal loan for a roofing project. I think I was routed to a call center and not someone specifically at the branch, but the guy I spoke to was pushy and rude. I said I wanted to see if they offered lower rates than what I saw online and mentioned the rates I had seen. He acted like that was possible and asked if I wanted to start an application. The best credit union I have ever been to! Simply put. The staff and personnel are all friendly, helpful and mindful of your needs and services. I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now and this place is better than any bank I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to switch to a credit union. Community Choice in New Hudson for the win! Ask for Janice Michael and she will gladly help you! Always friendly and fun to talk with.

I have had a Community Choice account for over 20 years! Absolutely love them. Always friendly and helpful. And mobile banking has made it easy to keep my account even though I no longer live near a branch. I've worked with the same banker (Melissa) forever, she is never been anything but helpful. More of a personal hometown feeling than a corporate bank. All around wonderful experience.

Absolutely love banking with this credit union. I have been banking with them now for over 5 years and would never go anywhere else. The workers are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever you have a question they are always willing to help you get to the bottom of it . Janice has taken care of me almost every time I have come in and treats me as family.

I love working with everyone at Community Choice. Everyone is so friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Today, I called to transfer money for someone and Shelia helped me with efficiency and kindness. She made me feel comfortable doing baking over the phone. She was helpful and gave me several tips that will help me in the future. Overall she was awesome.
