I have been a customer of community choice for several years. From a bank account to several loans of all kinds. Always had great expirences when going in and dealing with them in person. But their customer service team is terrible. On several occasions they’ve been rude, lazy and just simply terrible. Really ruins all the hard work the kind people in office have done to earn my business. Will not be using them or referring them EVER again. Do better.
My experience is one of a kind. I have gotten so much help with not only just banking information and advice but with an auto loan and personal loans. Community Choice has gone above and beyond any time I have asked for something. Couldn’t be happier to have a credit union like this!! It’s help me so much with things I didn’t even realize I should know!!
Great experience and customer service. Comm Choice maintains the small-time personal service, but with the offers and amenities of a larger organization. Corey M. did a top notch job helping me with a loan.
Brittany was very helpful in helping me open an account. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I could access my account and information before I left. Highly recommend!!!
The team at community choice credit union is unbelievable, great rates, great service, awesome atmosphere. I appreciate Courtney and her team so much, they make banking personal and convenient. There are many choices when it comes to banking, but there is only one best choice, and that is community choice credit union!!!!
