We opened a new CD at Community Choice CU with a very competitive rate. The credit union also offers a change machine, popcorn and free coffee at our local branch. They were also able to cash our EE Bonds. The representative did a great job of walking us through their mobile app.
I made an appointment but had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged. The woman who verified my information the day before had everything set, but then I dealt with a teller who obviously didn't receive the notes or any information about my appointment. I will not be doing business here. They wasted my entire Saturday and put my plans on hold. I am very dissatisfied.
My son has been with them over 4 years. He has good credit. They have denied him to get help when needed. When we called to find out the details no one could explain, they were rude and not professional. He has been profiled and I believe it is due to his ethnicity and name.
Tyler helped me and my husband open up our accounts. He was awesome very informative and left no stone unturned to all the available Perks to Being a member. Any continues to keep in contact to make sure everything is up to date and going well. Never had that with any other bank or Credit Union. It's nice to know that they actually care enough to send you an email to see how you're doing. I'm so glad I joined this Credit Union I just wish I would have done it sooner.
We’ve been going to this credit union for a long time. I have had the pleasure of having Tyler Sellmann as my teller He is absolutely wonderful. Erika Quinn has also always taken the very best care of us with all our needs. The branch is blessed to have them both.
