Community Choice Credit Union was a good experience, my personal advisor Marchelle Smith is very knowledgeable, helpful and she explained the great opportunities to help with my credit, finances and future growth. This is the most comfortable I have felt in any financial institution. 👍👍
The entire staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Joe is a young, up and coming professional that really knows how to assist senior customers. He is patient and kind. Kudos for that skill set!
1st when I walked in, the atmosphere felt very welcoming, And the customer service was very quick to respond to my questions about an account. Started with a business account with Marchelle (ELLA), because it was in the neighborhood. Had another account with another CU,bad service and Ella is the consummate Bank associate that I want to work with on a full-time basis! If you need a new credit union account, please go in and ask for her and I guarantee it you will be pleased!!!
this location gave me a hard time getting 10k out, asking questions because I was in sweatpants probably idk . Just seemed really judgy. Every other branch has been really kind.
