This was my very first time visiting Community Choice Credit Union. I had tons of questions and my representative, La'Asia Harris, was patient, professional, and friendly with me every step of the way! Customer service was superb!! The personal advisor Ariel needs a raise! She was so incredibly helpful and personable. I opened my account recently at a different branch and I learned even more from her today! If you want customer service, Community Choice Credit Union is a breath of fresh air.
La' Asia Harris provided me with outstanding Customer Service this morning during a revent transaction at the Credit Union. She helped me navigate the App and get me accessed to my business account that i recently set up. I went over a month without knowing how to access my business account using the App. La' Asia solved that problem for me, and she went on to help with my login credentials and transfer monies.
