La’Asia was amazing!! Extremely professional but also welcoming. She helped my sister and I get the estate account open that we had been trying to get opened at other places for months. She was super thorough and explained everything as she was doing it. I will be back to open personal accounts because of her.
I called on March 19th, 2025 about an Auto Loan for a car. I don’t know much about credit loans and financing but Katy with community choice helped me tremendously. Giving great advice, amazing understanding of my situation, retrieving the cars value with the VIN and Mileage and much more. She helped me understand how financing through a dealer works and why it’s smart to finance with your bank. Great customer service and genuine help from her, 5/5 stars! I would rate higher if possible. Great experience!
The Ms. Marvelous Mackenzie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable, explaining everything and every step of the process, always asking if I had any questions, answerd all the questions I had, and made the loan process very easing and painless. I came in to get a campaign finance account set up, and I could not have had a better experience! Mackenzie was personable, knowledgeable, and just all-around wonderful. She answered my questions and checked in on me after our meeting, which goes to show how much she cares and enjoys what she does. I would absolutely recommend Community Choice!
