Worst bank I've ever had!!! Go elsewhere! Bank has merged too many times. I Deposit 305k form selling my mom's house paid my auto loan and my wife's auto loan and motorcycle + any debts my wife and I had off through my bank account with them after selling my mom's house as she died over a year ago. Still had $74k in the bank figured I'd go do an auto loan during a Saturday as I work at UPS 23 year driver and they couldn't do anything during the weekend... Been with CFCU for well over 10 years. Never had a loan through them. Just a savings and checking account. My mom passed away a year ago and I sold her house. Payed off every bill I had through an account there. Wife's car my truck and motorcycle. Found a car I wanted to buy in Georgia. Have a purchase agreement have 74k still in the bank account which is more than the loan... Long story short I get denied because the underwriters want to see the loans paid off on my credit report even though they have the proof just by look... read more
