Visited the branch and had the pleasure of meeting Ariel. She explained other products available and represented the Credit Union in an exemplary manner. I wish she worked at my branch, she makes you feel that she really values you as a customer as well as a person. Great job!!!
The staff at the Commerce Township branch are always pleasant from the moment you enter the building. They greet you and ask how they can assist you. Their demeanor is professional and welcoming. If an error has occurred they promptly address it. It's an absolute pleasure to encounter people who want to work and have a phenomenal work ethic. Unfortunately today these are rare qualities of so many workers today.
Community Choice CU, Commerce branch has been wonderful to me. Acquired a small personal loan yesterday, worked with Zaniya, Excellent customer service and very professional. Manager Christie has been great to me also. I will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you!
