The staff at the Commerce Township branch are always pleasant from the moment you enter the building. They greet you and ask how they can assist you. Their demeanor is professional and welcoming. If an error has occurred they promptly address it. It's an absolute pleasure to encounter people who want to work and have a phenomenal work ethic. Unfortunately today these are rare qualities of so many workers today.
Opened my business account for Kona Air Heating and Cooling there two years ago, and these guys are fantastic. They are all so nice and welcoming. Any time I have a concern or issue, they always take care of it. I really love this branch, and I'm glad I made the transition to join them.
Rena Frum was very personable and had good customer service skills. I enjoyed her services in opening an account for me.
As soon as I walked through the back door, I was greeted by Z and Christie, and I was having a stressful day but as soon as i began Chatting with them it felt like a wonderful warm and positive environment, Christie needs a promotion and Z needs a raise and brand new car they are two of the most golden hearted people at this branch I’ve met, and I will continue my services at the commerce just by this interaction. 10/10 recommend this branch and people to anyone.
