While this facility is a bit old and somewhat worn it certainly met our needs for the time we rented the spaces. As others have said the really big selling point is the customer service. An earlier location was constantly upping the rent ro ridiculous prices and wasn't totally secure. Community Storage had neither of these issues and are very service oriented. Thanks for taking care of us.
Carolyn and Lynn are AWESOME! I've seen them work with customers that have fallen on hard times, offer military discounts, stay long hours, and help in any way they can be of service. There is a reason this place is so popular and it starts with these two!
I Love leasing space from the folks at Community Storage King George! The team there are so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The really put pride into their properties all while making sure the tenant remains happy. They are very friendly and Family oriented and some of the easiest people to talk too. And the respect they give to their military and Government tenants is some of the best I've ever seen.
I would give zero stars if I could. We rented a U-Haul truck from a different location in another state, that we live in, and was advised that we could drop off the truck at a location closest to our destination. This location was the closest, so we did as we were supposed to and with it being a Saturday, left the truck and keys as instructed and checked it in online, also as we were instructed to do. I have my personal belongings stored since 2014 and have never had one problem. They have a very nice and clean prioerty with access anytime you need it, and have always been a welcoming place and treat you like family.
