Had a horrible experience with Compass. Had to make claims on auto and home due to a big snow storm the weekend of christmas. They did great on getting our truck fixed but gave us the runaround on our home claim. And now because they screwed up the claim we pay 2x as much on all our insurance because we are a "high risk". These were made 2 years ago and the only claims we ever made. Havent been a customer of theres since January and they still send me emails as if I am still a customer.
I was paying very high insurance rate with compass and they never reduced it. Although I did ask several times for review because I had autos, home and rental policy. After I switched to another carrier I was offered a review...
