Brad Schaap is the best in the business. He answers the phone with an unfailing diligence, and answers emails promptly and sincerely. He arrives to meetings with a crisp suit and fresh haircut, but more importantly, with all the answers I need. Brad is not only a superior insurance agent, however, he is also a wealth of knowledge across policy and state line. Brad and his team have been extremely professional and helpful during our two years, here in East Grand Rapids. He was referred to us by our mortgage broker and I'm so happy he returned my call.
