Get directionsWaited for 2 1/2 hours for results on my x ray the doctor didn’t even take care of my reasoning when I was talking to him he was just there careless then when I mentioned no insurance he’s attitude got worse I’m sorry but we should be treated with care regardless. It wasn’t until I asked how much longer I had to wait is when they realized I was there still. By far worse experience ever and I used to work at urgent care

Had a nurse accuse me of looking for specific drugs, while having an allergic reaction. Tried to play it off and say that’s not what he meant. Asked what drugs are you looking for? And when I looked incredulously at him he changed his tune and said I meant if you’ve had this before and had something prescribed. All while I was crying because I was in pain and so incredibly uncomfortable.I just looked at him and agreed because I had taken Benadryl already drowsy. Doctor didn’t want to test for much since I “looked fine”, when doing the initial check she barely just patted around me. She seemed to not want to listen nor be there for more than a minute max.

I came here after another care facility canceled my appointment that I made online because they didn’t accept my insurance. Dr. Hart is awesome—he went down all avenues to figure out why I was sick. And I loved meeting Ranger and Scout :)

Brandie is absolutely amazing as far as making patients feel comfortable and welcome! However the doctor that I saw was not so great. Although I explained many areas in which my children and I are feeling pain, he only addressed maybe a couple. He took a couple of X-rays and after reading the summary he didn’t involve hardly anything mentioned during our visit. I feel as though he just blew us off to collect the money. I’m not at all satisfied.

Terrible and Liars!! I walked in for my son who had a head cold and I asked DO YOU BILL FOR EMERGENCY VISIT because this is NOT an emergency. The lady at the front desk said OH NO we have office visit billing since this is non-emergency. The next thing I know they are billing my insurance company for 3000.00 dollars. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!
