After getting back home, cleaning up all the blood and bandaging the wounds as best I could, I went online to find the nearest Emergency Clinic. I was treated very well here by every member of the staff I interacted with. They saw me quickly and were efficient with their tests and recommended treatment. I felt cared for and not rushed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely return in the future if needed.Â

Complete Emergency Care provided just the right care for me when I felt at my worst. The front desk staff were pleasant, the waiting area was comfortable and clean. I did not wait long for a nurse to call me to my room. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a compassionate and amazing doctor, Dr. Fausto. The next following my visit another doctor called me for a follow up just to check on me. Complete Emergency Care provided superb service.Â

Dr was great. Nurse seemed distracted. She was looking at her Apple watch while I spoke and was a bit disorganized. I also heard a woman come in for a covid test due to symptoms and they let her sit in the waiting room. She’d remove her mask to blow her nose and was coughing. It made me uncomfortable she wasn’t asked to wait in the car.Â
