Every single staff member was excellent, caring and compassionate! The physician was attentive to my illness, explained everything and answered my questions. Best care I’ve ever received at an urgent care in the middle of the night. I highly recommend Fossil Creek!

The staff in the ER were polite and helpful and gave me the best treatment. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes calling out to get someone’s attention but there was no response. I called the facility from my cell phone and the phone rang 10 times before someone ran from the back frantically answering the call.
