J’Zare, at the front desk was very nice and they got be back super quickly. I love that they come back and let you know if it’s an ER or UrgentCare visit AND how much it will cost BEFORE they treat you. Dr. E was kind and thorough. He made sure I had all the right meds before I left and I got my PCR Covid test back in a hour!! After testing positive, they made sure I knew all the right vitamins to take and things to do. Everyone was so kind and caring, they knew exactly how to help me. I walked in so delusional & and in pain. By the time I left I was laughing & felt 10x better. My nurse was very kind and funny, he should get a raise

I was extremely pleased with the care I received at Birdeye-the receptionist, nurse and doctor were all extremely professional, patient, well qualified and kind. Medically I left with a clear diagnosis and plan for care. Emotionally I left feeling much, much better-I hope all of my future medical interactions will go as smoothly and with such great care.

I am recovering from a severe episode with Covid for which I recently spent a month in the hospital. I have episodic odd symptoms generally handled by my PCP but this go around was severe enough that I needed help on a weekend. My ER experiences had been highly variable so I ventured to try Complete Care. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone there. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I got in to see the doctor very fast. The doctor was extremely nice and intelligent and did a very good job at explaining what was happening in non doctor terms so I could understand which I thought was very impressive!
