We are very sorry at this time that we can't accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare through no fault of our own. Since the Public Health Emergency (PHE) ended May 11, 2023 state licensed Freestanding Emergency Centers (FECs) are no longer allowed to participate in Medicare unless the federal government passes legislation to make this benefit permanent. I went to Complete Care while my Medicaid was in the process of renewal and I let their patient access specialist, Ms. Gonzalez, know of my insurance status. She said without active coverage, I would have to pay out-of-pocket, but to keep my receipts so that I could be reimbursed later when my Medicaid coverage was renewed. I paid out-of-pocket and kept everything like she advised. When my coverage was finally renewed and backdated, I called this facility to ask about being reimbursed and a very rude woman, either by the nam... read more

Actually know what insurance is accepted and don’t tell customers that they will have to pay out of network prices after sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes when that’s not true! I would have loved to have been treated that same night instead of waiting until the next day.

They were very kind and attentive. One of the best ER/Urgent Care locations I've been to. I arrived after Urgent Care hours ended and needed to use the ER, but they were still very supportive. They quickly got me in with no wait, checked me and provided feedback on next steps, and then worked with me to find a pharmacy and get the prescriptions I would need that very night. Taylor (nurse) was excellent. As was the check-in guy. Dr. Fox, on the other hand, was NOT! She was very unprofessional from the first time she walked INTO the room already wearing gloves. I was repulsed by this and had no idea where/who/whatever else she touched with those gloves. I’ve never experienced a healthcare professional not donning gloves after coming in a patient room. The cost was a little high at first but was decreased. I’m on a budget, and that really helped. The doctor’s bedside manner was the best. The nurses and x-ray tech were awesome!
